Henry County Family Physicians are now offering our patients a new Patient Portal.  The Patient Portal is secure internet access to their medical information on line, so you may view your personal health record at any time or place with internet access.

The web address is https://mycw.eclinicalweb.com/hcf/jsp/login.jsp that can be accessed from any computer with Internet access.

You will be given a user name and password, and will receive periodic updates through your personal
e-mail address on file.
